I would give zero stars if possible. Do not use Shaffer Funeral Home. I can not believe what they have done to us. Tell you one thing and then they take free reign with your credit card. Shame on...

They sound real nice, but don't let that fool you!! My Moms ashes were still at the funeral home 7 weeks after she passed away. They said the delay was because they would have to drive the ashes...
