Not bad, not great. Ordered settings, earrings come with no backs. No mention of it when they were ordered. Easily could've sold me a chain for the pendant. No boxes or bags just loose metal...

I didn't know this business has been around for decades but I will always use them for jewelry repair and watch battery replacement. Friendly and trustworthy folks run the place.
