Serenity Residences

I moved in July 1st and to date I have had hot water 1 day. My neighbors upstairs are using wipes in their toilet so it floods my apartment .

has been the worst six months since I've moved here. The water is being shut off every other day. The roaches are outrageous. I've had a broken AC for three weeks. I put in several work orders....

Not going to overexplain. Not going to write a whole story. Simply dodged a bullet before I signed a lease. Started with an identity theft concern and went down hill from there. Do not move here....

I couldn't wait to get my own place and this is what happened!!!! I ignored all the bad reviews and now im paying for it. AC doesn't work upstairs I'm paying for a 3 bedroom but can only use 1!!!!!!!
