History
I first started in the Fitness business during my 6 years in the active duty Marine Corps. Once I became a Corporal in 2012, I picked up the billet of Combat Conditioning Instructor, where i trained and made sure Marines maintained and surpassed the physical requirements of their duty. When I got out of the Marines, I found myself in the gym a lot. I was helping my step father lose weight and my mother learn proper form when two personal trainers at the gym told me that I would be a great trainer. When I got accepted into Texas A&M University, I decided that if I was going to keep working while in school, I wanted to do something I enjoyed and was passionate about. So I looked into certifications and started down one of the most humbling and rewarding jobs I have had the privilege of maintaining. My experience covers a wide range of different programming. I have trained individuals from 7-70 years old. I have trained individuals and groups of special needs. There is no limit.
