Drive through service at this particular location is always slow no matter what time of the month or day you arrive. They only have one teller working 4 to 5 lanes which is beyond ridiculous....

The SSFCU on SE Military is so disappointing the service is slow and at times you don't even acknowledge you when you drive up or get off because you are tired of waiting in the drive thru lanes ....

Waited for almost 2 hours. Everyone was slowly walking out. Wait time is ridiculous. Save yourself some time and don't bother with this place.

Horrible customer service, every time I come to this ssfcu the wait time is ridiculous. I was the only customer outside in the lanes and still waited a good 25-30 min just to get cash withdrawal...
