Atiar Rahman, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine ABIM, National Board of Echocardiography, the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. He also served as an associate professor at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He earned his doctorate in cardiovascular physiology from the University of Nottingham, England and completed fellowships in adult cardiology at Toronto General Hospital and in cardiovascular medicine at Oschner Foundation Clinic in New Orleans.
