We opened an authentic Japanese restaurant in 1982 and called it Sasaki. Our promise was “To serve the best Japanese food, give the best service, and offer the best value.” Sushi - Traditional Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, accompanied by various ingredients, such as seafood, often raw, and vegetables. Sashimi - Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of fresh raw fish or meat sliced into thin pieces and often eaten with soy sauce. Omakase - Omakase (Japanese: お任せ, Hepburn: o-makase) is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ (from Japanese ‘to entrust’ (任せる, makaseru)).

I came in here for the first time and I loved the sake bombs and the food. This is a definite place to try. The sushi is magnificent. So is the service. Much love.

Love this place! As close as you can get to authentic Japanese food. Great service and very Japanese ambiance and vibe. If you can, order Omakase. Sit at the bar. Order a namabiru. Highly recommend!
