We specialize in serving delicious Indian Tandoori Food to the City of Denton. Tandoori food is traditionally from North India and is made in a special clay oven known as a tandoor. The tandoor uses a live fire to cook the foods to a perfection that cannot be achieved with other cooking methods. Some popular dishes made in the tandoor which can be found at Sangam include naan, chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, and seekh kebab.
