The facility offers hospice, ostomy, respite and wound care services. Spring Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation also provides occupational, speech and physical therapies. The facility features a chapel and activity room. In addition, it hosts private dining parties. Spring Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation accepts various Medicare-certified insurance plans.
