Everyone is super friendly BUT they NEVER answer their phones. I can't get my son's prescription filled because they're so hard to get ahold of.

Terrible! I couldn't talk to my daughter's doctor. i left messages every day. That I needed to talk to the doctor. Finally, they flat out told me I needed a doctor's appointment to talk to her....

Bad front desk receptionist staff, rude and unprofessional , keep you waiting forever at lobby without any communication . avoid this place. always with a mad face like they dont like working...

This is terrible! Now they are owned my CentroMed and I can't even make an appointment less than2 weeks in advance because the schedule is not available.... so what happens when I continue to call...

Avoid this company at all cost, especially the one in Cibolo. The staff is rude and don't know what they are doing. Good luck paying your bill.
