Sagra was a casual, yet elegant Italian enoteca and trattoria located in the historic center of Austin. Its Executive Chef Owner Gabriel Pellegrini created a menu of new renditions of Old World classics, featuring wood-fired pizzas, homemade mozzarella, house-cured meats, and homemade pastas. Unfortunately, Sagra has closed permanently.

Sagra offered Italian fare in a peaceful setting, highlighting organic and local ingredients. The restaurant's menu included antipasti, colorful pizzas, luxurious risotto, and heartier Tuscan entrées with Texas influences.
