Set up time for tech to come out was set up between 12 - 2 pm, they had $100 service call, which was fine, but then also wanted $200 diagnostics fee to tell you what was wrong with it, plus taxes...

Worst service I've had paid $240 for them to come out and tell me what I already knew can't find the problem and left it at that would not ever use this place again... Zero Stars
