Dr. Divya Chirumamilla is a fellowship-trained pain medicine specialist with expertise in interventional pain medicine. Dr. Chirumamilla is fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada, and has participated in medical missions to Zimbabwe and Colombia. She provides interventional pain management services at Mischer Neuroscience Associates-The Woodlands and has expertise in all aspects of the discipline.

Board certified in neurological surgery, Dr. Sabih Effendi has extensive clinical expertise in cerebrovascular, minimally invasive cranial, skull base, spinal and peripheral nerve surgery. Understanding that surgical treatments involving the brain and spine can be complex for patients, Dr. Effendi takes the time to educate and support his patients in their treatment options while making their satisfaction his top priority as he strives to provide excellent outcomes.

A graduate of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Kevin Gaffney received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Board certified in neurology and sleep medicine, Dr. Gaffney has practiced medicine since 1990. He established The Woodlands Neurology & Sleep in The Woodlands, Texas in 2002 and is affiliated with Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital.
