Very disappointed! After giving RRC several chances to redeem themselves I've given up. Customer retention is obviously not that important to them. Again, we are waiting for them to get back...

I really can't speak to their service because they would never call me back with a quote. Even a follow-up call by me didn't get any response from the sales person, Norma, except a stock email...
