Roula Sabbagh, MD

Lisa Nguyen, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021. She completed her residency at the Texas A&M CHRISTUS Spohn Family Medicine Residency Program in 2024. Dr. Nguyen provides compassionate and holistic care, focusing on chronic conditions, patient education, and preventive medicine. She is committed to making her patients feel heard and prioritized during every visit. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2024.

Dr. Mullinax earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Houston. She started as a Texas-certified math and science teacher and taught high school for years in Pasadena, Texas. She also taught abroad in Hadano, Japan. After these experiences, Dr. Mullinax pursued a medical degree from the Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 2003. In 2004, she completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. In 2007, she completed her residency in Dermatology at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Dr. Mullinax is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, American Board of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Dermatological Society and the Harris County Medical Society. In her spare time, Dr. Mullinax loves to travel and tries to learn enough of her destination's language to survive on the go. She experiments with ethnic cooking, stress baking and "exercising to burn all those extra calories.

Susanne Ramey, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold. She completed her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing at the Joe G. Davis School of Nursing in Huntsville, Texas. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Prairie View A&M University in Houston. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Susanne treats a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic conditions. Her clinical interests include diabetes, particularly Type 1 diabetes, and treating headaches and heart disease. Susanne is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurse Practitioners.
