Do not use this company. People working for this company are so unhelpful and cannot answer questions regarding their service and equipment. They also are so vague about billing issues.

Would not use this company again. First they sent the equipment to the hospital. Then they sent it to the wrong city. When we eventually turned in everything, they did not note it appropriately....

Horrible company. I have made numerous calls to have equipment picked up to no avail. I was told after several calls that my doctor needed to fax a discharge order for the O2 Machine and oxygen....
