Ross Dress for Less

The cashier I went to was fast and sweet. I think her name was Demetrius. I think... The lines were very long so I thought I would have to wait forever as usual. I guess the reviews must be taking...

Really not a fan of this store--it's a mess, the selection isn't the best, and the employees are rude.

This has got to be the hands down worst Ross in the entire metroplex if not the nation! And about 80% of that is due to their service... It is a trash can the place is gross it seems sticky...

Love the clothes! Great ball gowns for the holidays but don't expect helpful or friendly customer service. Trained the rules so store stays cleaner. Next is working on exceptional customer service!
