I've never seen associates act so rude to customers at closing time. Store was about to close and they make this announcement about having associates send customers to the front. That's fine...

Go during the day when everyone is at work. Then you can avoid the long lines, the single cashier, crying kids (most of the time), and it cleaner. I always find what I'm looking for in This Ross!
