Uninspired,clutter everywhere,hit or miss clerks. The security has always been pleasant though. They seem to also be a greeter for the store. FYI the location is cleaner than the Airport...

Came by at 3pm, this is by far the cleanest Ross I've seen! Everything seems to be where it's supposed too, and there's no hangers or clothes on the floor.
