The mission of Recover Or Sacrifice Everything (ROSE) Counseling Center, dba ROSE Counseling Center is to help people build better lives while respecting & honoring individual differences. We pledge to honor & value the dignity of all individuals & their families. We vow to create a recovery environment that respects individuals & their families at a financial cost that all can afford. ROSE Counseling Center uses a sliding fee scale for payment of treatment services, which is assessed on an individual basis. We value & respect diverse traditions, heritage & life experiences.
