History

Established in 2011, located in the City of Jersey Village a small town atmosphere in the heart of the Houston Metropolitan Area. Providing Rosa's favorite Latin bistro and Rosa's original creations in a unpretentious atmosphere. Mission accomplished! Dia de la Muerte has been hailed as one of the hottest new Cantina in Houston.

If you only have $10 and you're craving Mexican food, the night typically begins with a trip through a drive-through and ends with the feeling of being kicked in the stomach by a burro. Fight for your right to feel less gut-wrenched: This Jersey Village Latin Fusion serves up great cuisine all day long. Come in the morning to fill up on breakfast tacos with egg, chorizo, cheese, spicy potato, and a side of pancakes. Enjoy a lunch or Brisket Torta or bowl (we love the Cochinita Pibil -- pork slow-roasted for 12 hours).
