History

RMHC of Temple opened in Septemeber 1986 with 8 bedrooms. In 20012, construction expanded that to 18 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Families must be referred by a social worker and pass a background check before they can stay here.

Specialties

RMHC is a home away from home for families with seriously ill children receiving medical treatment at local hospitals. We're located near the hospitals and have laundry and kitchen facilities for guests to use.
