What an easy buying experience I enjoyed at Ron Hoover, Boerne! After submitting my online query, I received a rapid response from Jordan, my salesman. We scheduled a showing and I loved the RV....

My attorney and I had to file a lawsuit. We also have lawsuits pending against their in-house finance company.

Worst service department, even for an RV dealer. Stole parts, claimed they lost them, lied about what they did, didn't fix anything, broke tailight.

They suck. Service department is not worth anything. They can't fix anythings right. They will lie to you in your face and on the phone. Do not buy anything here.

NOW, it gets worse, there is a spot where there was no caulking in the shower pan and it has leaked onto the wood and warped it. We just found this out when we were camping after having it back...
