Great brisket! and service. The ribs were dry. Tasted good, though! Sausage was average. Beans were a bit too salty. Yams were ok. Cobb salad with brisket was good.

In Texas, there is no shortage of awesome BBQ joints. This one, which I was surprised to learn is a franchise from Las Vegas, can definitely hang.

Great wide open space inside with list of available seating. Order at the counter and fix your own drinks. Quick service with a smile. Food was good. Brisket was good. Both lean and fatty....
