a dream come true finally. we started November 2015 frying turkeys and hams for Thanksgiving and Christmas Cajun style SPICY to try and get the Robichaux's Place name out there. i want to bring the most authentic feel of a true cajun seafood boil just like i did all my life. my little boils are are designed to be just like we did it drag da pot and burner out of da shed fill it up with water cut up some veggies sausage seasoning and da seafoods cover the table with newspaper and when the seafood is done poor dem all out on the table and everyone start eating. dont forget the gumbo

backyard seafood boils done just like i used to do it when i was growing up and still do it today.i hear so many people always talking about how us cajuns always boiled seafood now we want to bring dat laid back down da bayou feeling to your backyard like it was done in my backyard when we had our seafood boils. We have none of dem fancy trailers or equipments just me, my helper, and my pots and of course seafood! We boil right there in your backyard or wherever you want us to so everyone can watch all da food being cut up and thrown in da pot.
