I'll report back on this next year when they're finished with their construction, but in the meantime, it sits between the bay and the wharf and the views are beautiful and you can sit and watch...

Great play area for the kids, with a large covered pavilion to watch them play from to stay out of the sun. Bathrooms are nearby and clean.
