Dr. Thakkar provides highly personalized care for patients from newborns to 18. Dr. Thakkar specializes in nutrition and endoscopy. Among the many gastrointestinal conditions he treats, he delivers care to patients with constipation, abdominal pain, irritable bowel syndrome, obesity, reflux and food allergies.

Chioma Azolibe, MD earned her medical degree at the University of Lagos College of Medicine Nigeria and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at New York City at NYC Health + Hospitals: Woodhull Medical and Mental Center. Dr. Azolibe treats patients ages 18 years and older. She sees patients for routine health physicals, preventive screenings, sick visits and chronic medical conditions. Some of the ailments she treats are but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, COPD as well as anxiety and depression. She believes preventive care is an important step in long-term wellbeing and continues to advocate for preventive medicine and women’s health.

Dr. Vanguru believes in preventive healthcare and emphasizes the importance of healthy living. She enjoys seeing patients of all age groups from new-born to geriatrics. She has special interest in treating hyper-tension, diabetes, high cholesterol and women’s health. She is familiar with cultural sensitivities and had a privilege of treating diverse population. She is fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi and medical Spanish.
