Robert Bagwell, MD

Laura Rozell earned her Bachelor of Science in allied health at Texas A&M University in College Station in 2016. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2020. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in October 2020, Laura completed 12 clinical rotations for a combined 1,880 clinical hours involving 2,260 patients in a variety of surgical settings, including plastic surgery, general surgery, gynecologic oncology, and orthopedic surgery.

Elaine Garcia is a board certified internal medicine physician assistant. After earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Microbiology at the University of Houston - Downtown, Elaine completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. As a physician assistant, her work includes assessing and performing clinical exams for sick visits and annual physicals; managing wounds and infections; and performing therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations. Her responsibilities include direct patient contact and telemedicine services for outlying clinics for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Elaine joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2017.

Dr. Yamini Natarajan is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in cell and molecular biology at Tulane University in New Orleans, La., in 2004, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2009 as a Foundation Scholar. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2012 and served as a chief resident in 2013. Dr. Natarajan completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine in 2016. She served as Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine 2016 - 2022.
