History
Having been smoking brisket for so many years and family and friends saying how good it was, we were encouraged by them to establish a restaurant. While that was not currently possible, a mobile kitchen suddenly became very possible. After 8 months of planning and construction, Twisted Brisket debuted on January 18th 2013. We strive to serve the most tender, tasty, mouth watering brisket around.....and to serve it with a twist! Quality is our number one concern and it is why our days of operation are somewhat limited. This is another disappointment at the food trucks throwdown. I thought the twisted brisket in a waffle cone sounded interesting so I ordered it. It was $7 which I didn't think was worth the money....

The brisket in a waffle cone just didn't work for me. The meat was almost mushy and what to do with the cone? I certainly didn't want to eat it. I think it's a great idea to come up with different...

Super great brisket nachos! Found them at Random and I am glad. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Service was prompt. I will be eating there again!
