They are very unprofessional never tell you a specific time when they are coming are when they are done. The older guy gives orders. Air never blowed not polite very abrasive when he talks to you....

Unprofessional and evasive when asked to repair their poor job. When ARS technician showed up to correct the job they did he said: these are the people who gives A/C technicians a bad reputation.
