This place is disgusting. Rats and roaches everywhere. The manager is completely rude and very inappropriate. I am not sure how this place is open

Worst customer service if it's not your first time.! They were very nice the day I opened my account. But, every time I come in to make a payment, the wait has never been less than 10 minutes....
