Rhea Magee, OD

Dr. Jonathan Nguyen, OD, is a comprehensive optometrist at Clarkson Eyecare in Frisco, TX. Raised in nearby Allen, TX, he previously worked as an optometric technician at Frisco Eye Associates before pursuing optometry. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio. During school, he completed externships at Southwest Vision Center and Community Eye Clinic, serving diverse populations, and held leadership roles in student government and professional clubs.

Melinda Surdacki, OD, is a pediatric optometrist in Frisco, TX, providing Vision Therapy and Neuro-Optometric rehabilitation to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. After completing an optometric residency, Dr. Surdacki joined the faculty at the University of Houston College of Optometry as an Associate Professor conducting binocular vision research, serving as attending doctor in the pediatric and specialty binocular vision clinics, and was a co-founder of the NOVA clinic, a clinic for non-verbal special needs patients of all ages.

Dr. Jeff Thomas, OD, is a primary care optometrist in Frisco, TX. Dr. Thomas grew up just outside a small town in West Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University (Class of ‘92) and The University of Houston College of Optometry. Upon graduating, he and his classmate Dr. Coly Marsh, OD, started Frisco Eye Associates in 1997 and grew it into one of the most successful practices in Texas. Dr. Thomas credits the success of the practice to “God providing an amazing staff who create an amazing eyecare experience in an amazing community”.
