Poorly run office. Wait times are long, especially for a quick seconds long eye injection that you aren't sure is even working. Healthcare needs a major overhaul.

I've been seeing Dr Holy for over three years now. I get an injection in my left eye once a month. Sometimes there is a wait, sometimes there isn't. The staff is always friendly and accommodating....

Expect long wait times with this group! Took an hour and 45 minutes to see Dr Chica for a follow up. When I went to the Boerne office, my appt was at 9:15. There were 6 people waiting to see one...
