Amos Tayts, Co-Founder of Resume Target, began his career as an Executive Recruiter in 1999. While working in the field, he saw the desire for a resume distribution engine to provide candidate's resumes to recruiters. He established Resume Target in 2002 after developing an effective resume distribution engine to fit that very need. Over time, resume writers began using the resume distribution engine to distribute their client's resumes to recruiters.
