Restaurant Services started as a food service equipment installation company in 1975 with two employees and one pickup truck that has evolved into a full-service restaurant equipment company. It utilizes the latest in computerization from a fully-functional manufacturing and financial manufacturing resource planning program to the creation of design and fabrication drawings using AutoCad 14. The company is also a dealer for more than 75 product lines of buyout food service equipment and operates a 60,000-square-foot, custom manufacturing facility. Restaurant Services still provides complete kitchen installations and has in-house transportation. It maintains 16 office and 70 manufacturing employees in its Arlington, Texas, headquarters.
