Terrible credit union! They charge for junk mail they send you and don't tell you about it! My savings account got wiped out because they changed me $5 every time they sent me mail. Hidden fees...

I needed a coin sorter where I didn't have to pay 11.9% and called Centerville, said they had one, charged only 3% and I thought, "Cool", and said I'll be there and when I got there I was told...

Don't refi anything through this bank. This has been the most difficult transition ever. They don't disclose extra fees that they tack on in order to pay your loan. Customer service is absolute...
