Dirty room! Shower and toilet had a film of something. Limited hot water. Disgusting cold breakfast, watery coffee, no front desk help. Just terrible!!

If I could give more stars I would. Excellent rooms, staff and environment. I will always come back there. No other hotel will do in my eyes.
