Chioma Azolibe, MD earned her medical degree at the University of Lagos College of Medicine Nigeria and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at New York City at NYC Health + Hospitals: Woodhull Medical and Mental Center. Dr. Azolibe treats patients ages 18 years and older. She sees patients for routine health physicals, preventive screenings, sick visits and chronic medical conditions. Some of the ailments she treats are but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, COPD as well as anxiety and depression. She believes preventive care is an important step in long-term wellbeing and continues to advocate for preventive medicine and women’s health.

Interventional cardiologist Dr. Mirza Baig is board certified in four areas: cardiology, nuclear cardiology, interventional cardiology and internal medicine. Dr. Baig specializes in general cardiology, adult congenital heart disease and interventional cardiology. He treats patients for chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, palpitations (an indicator of coronary artery disease), blockages of arteries near the heart muscle, arrhythmias and congestive heart failure.
