Regions is a big bank with a small bank attitude. I own three companies and all of them bank at Regions. My banker Ravona always goes above and beyond for me as well as my employees.

Spent combined over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to the banker "Sam". I was hung up on twice. I suspect the decreased service is because I mentioned that I wanted to close an account.
