Once Upon An American Dream... During an era not too long ago, in a land some of us still recognize, my father began his journey to secure a better future for his family, Armed with not much more than the necessity to succeed, Rene Olguin Hobart left his family in Mexico and began working as a stock boy in Stillwater, MN. Through his diligence, work ethic, and willingness to accept responsibilities beyond the job description, he slowly advanced to become assistant treasurer, and helped manage a small grocery store chain. At that time, my father, did not have much more than a high school education, however, he surpassed his co-workers, and was able to purchase a house and comfortably raise his family in the United States of America. On February 10, 1966, my father's first wife passed away. He then returned to Mexico where he met my mother, Estela Carrillo. They married and eventually moved to San Antonio where they founded Reeso Tiles, Inc., in 1967. ~ ~ Michael Olguin Sr.

Bought Spanish/Mexican floor tile from them. Loved the tile! The shipping charges were a bit on the high side. I'd do business with them again.
Family owned, lead by owner Mike. He is great and offers excellent advice. I'm new to SA. But Reeso is an institution. The big box stores send clients to Mike for beautiful tile and tile work
I used to shop here a lot--great selection of imported tiles--but no more. There is no requirement for masks and even a note on the door saying masks are not necessary. They have lost my...
Good service on the phone choosing my tiles and extra helpful service on getting tiles to the car in the rain after hours. Kudos!
