You walk up to a counter and order.....just like all other BBQ places...the difference here is they come by your table and check on you....more than once....nice! My wife enjoyed a plain loaded...

At a catered event, I had the brisket, potato salad, and coleslaw. I wasn't impressed with any of it. The brisket was tough and flavorless.
