Took four visits to open an account in person. Had it not been for some very helpful staff I would have just left to another bank. Hopefully my experience here improves.

It's always been a fine bank but why get rid of the drive thru tellers for atms? And then no help at 530pm when the drive thru should be open? Might be time to open a second account elsewhere.

Charged me 3 times for a total of $72 for overdraft. Account was posted next day as insufficient after they charged $72 the prior day. Was not negative on the day of charges. Would not reverse....
