Rape Crisis Center

The Rape Crisis Center for Children and Adults has been providing health care services to sexual assault victims since 1975. It is a nonprofit organization that conducts various sexual assault-related education programs. The center offers a variety of counseling services, including, individual, group and child play therapies. It provides advocacy and hospital accompaniment services to help patients overcome emotional and psychological problems. The Rape Crisis Center offers prevention and risk reduction education at school and university levels. It conducts training sessions on a variety of topics, including bullying, battering, rape awareness, sexual harassment, healthy relationships and issues of consent. The center additionally provides crisis intervention and voluntary services. The Rape Crisis Center for Children and Adults is located in San Antonio.
