Randall McIntyre, MD

Laura was born in Waco, Texas and raised in Irving, Texas by both parents alongside three older half-brothers. During her childhood, she experienced the tragic loss of one of her brothers, who attempted suicide and was later diagnosed with drug-induced psychosis, schizophrenia, and unspecified bipolar depression. Sadly, he did not survive his condition and was fatally shot by a police officer in Orange County, California-an individual who likely lacked the training to appropriately handle someone experiencing a severe mental health crisis.

Ms. Adelina Saldivar is an adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner from Austin, TX. She practices at Anew Era TMS and Psychiatry, offering both in-person and virtual care. She obtained her master's degree in nursing from Walden University. Ms. Saldivar works with adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. She fosters an open, compassionate space where individuals can explore their concerns and discuss treatment options. By blending evidence-based care with thoughtful listening, she tailors her approach to each person. She focuses on improving mental wellness and supporting lasting recovery through collaborative care.

Erick is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is here to support individuals on their mental health journey with compassion and care. Erick specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD through personalized, evidence-based approaches. His goal is to create a space where patients feel truly heard and understood, working collaboratively to find the tools and treatments that work best for each person-one step at a time.
