Ramen Saikou's soup/broth is made by hand from scratch. The reason why we stick to our ingredients and method is to serve 'Family friendly, delicious, and healthy ramen.' That is why we use minimal salt and artificial seasonings. Like food parents give their children, we strive and pour our love into our ramen. In keeping with the spirit of Ramen Saikou, we aim to be a ramen restaurant that will be loved forever by people everywhere. We will never stop delivering our consistent flavor.

Great Ramen! I wish they had a few more options as far as the ramen goes but what they do offer is pretty good! Definitely will return when I have that ramen craving!
