History

Owners, Joe and G Khoury found that after working for their families' business for years, a faster, more convenient service was necessary for the food they served. In 2012, Joe and G expanded beyond their family-owned restaurant, opening Rachel's Grill, a healthy, fast-casual spot spread across 13 locations across Western New York. Fort Worth will be its 14th location. Our story to open in Fort Worth will forever be special to us. We're a family-owned and operated company so that influences our decisions on a day-to-day basis. A past employee of ours, Courtney Guzda, worked here in Buffalo for over six years before moving to Fort Worth. She grew homesick for Rachel's and the community where she grew up, so she suggested we open a location in Fort Worth and offered to run the operations. This was an opportunity we couldn't pass up. Now the Fort Worth community will be able to enjoy the same family-owned, authentic experience we've been so proud of throughout our history.
