Rachel A. Newman, MD, MBA, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained obstetrics and gynecology specialist focused on hematologic disorders, advanced maternal age, and rare fetal anomalies.Shes also an assistant professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.Newman received her medical degree in 2016 from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Brandeis University. Newman completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology as administrative chief at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, and her maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
