If you need lab or blood work by your doctor, also call for an appointment with Quest unless you don't mind waiting for several hours!

cannot make appt online. Their system is screwed up. Every time I tried to sign in, it would mess up.

Everytime I have labs here they never have my labs from my doctor. They somehow never get to them. Bring a paper copy. Don't trust there electronic system. Very frustrating.

First time using online reservation, very bad idea, appointment was for 8:20, didn't go to the back until 9:10 before I've been there as a walk in, 15-20 minutes and I'm done.

This place is very impersonable. That's simply the best way to word it. They hardly smile and even when you crack a light hearted joke, they just continue asking questions like you never said...
