What happened? No receptionist? Now it's a kiosk. Odd how this is supposed to be great customer service.

Absolutely horrible standard of care. Their system goes down and the don't bother contacting anyone, just let people drive however far and turn them away at the door. Next trip, they couldn't find...

The wait at this location is unacceptable. I had business in the area, so I chose this location for some lab work. My mistake.
