History

Located in the 100 year old Alamo Quarry building, the Hofbrau is true San Antonio original. We look forward to celebrating many more years as a local favorite spot for great food, awesome drinks and a down home, Texas atmosphere.

We are a little German and a whole lot of San Antonio, Texas. Great drinks, great food, great service and a great atmosphere is what we are all about. We have steaks, burgers, schnitzel and great shareable appetizers. We are the home of the Original Dos-A-Rita and feature more than 25 different variations of the Do-A-Rita. With a full bar and an extensive food menu, there is something sure to please everybody here at The Hofbrau. We also feature live music Thursday thru Sunday and we have beautiful patio to enjoy the Texas weather.
